The smell of Christmas cake and cheer is in the air and the final goodbye to the year is on the way. The tradition of decorating the Christmas tree was the most awaited occasion every year at our home, and those memories were the inspiration for this very special collection of Christmas tree ornaments. From angels to bells to Santa’s cane and hat, we’ve had so much fun creating these ornaments in the 13th C Pattachitra style of Odisha.

Each ornament has been hand-painted on Acacia wood by a traditional Pattachitra master craftsman from Puri, Odisha and the elements of flora and fauna of the state, used in the traditional craft have been given a modern twist.
