Refund Policy

If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at info.zolaindia@gmail.com within 2 days from the date of receiving the parcel.

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:

  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Packages lost in transit.
  • In case Zola India discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the delivery agent.
  • Incorrect size ordered (in case of international deliveries only). For a size exchange within India please mail us at info.zolaindia@gmail.com.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Refusal to pay any custom/import duties or taxes at the time of delivery (in case of international deliveries only).
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Minor color and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted so there may be some minor variation from piece to piece.
  • If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
