India

Delivery Method:

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping (carriers) are delivered within 4-5 business days

Shipping Charges:

Standard Shipping – Orders below 3000 INR shipping charges are 150 INR

Please note:

Shipping prices may vary depending on the destination and weight of your parcel Orders delivered to remote areas which are out of the regular delivery zone are charged at 300 INR

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF INDIA:

We currently ship to over 80 countries.

Shipping Charges: Flat Rs. 2500.

Please Note: Any VAT, duties and taxes charged at the time of import into your country will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by you. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. All local custom clearance, insurance & freight charges (CIF Charges) within India will be borne by Zola India and is included within the shipping charge. However VAT, duties and taxes charged at the time of import into your country will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. Zola India will not be liable to refund any orders that are refused due to non-payment of import/customs charges levied at the country of import.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 10 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your complete order within 10 working days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our help desk 044 48542081 or email us at info.zolaindia@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.

Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

REPLACEMENT/ EXCHANGE:

Each piece is individually handcrafted by our master artisans, they are one of a kind creation, and not factory manufactured. As a result, there may be subtle variations from from one piece to the next. However, we strive to maintain aesthetic uniformity and each piece undergoes a strict quality check before being shipped out.

Exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In these cases, you may return the pieces exactly the way you received them, unworn, with original packaging.

Replacement pieces will be sent out in case your order is lost in transit.

CANCELLATIONS:

As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our studio for delivery.
